The Partnership
There are two forms of participation, and they are never combined. One is an individual's own support. The other is an action taken by a governing authority.

Category one
An individual who signs the statement of support, verifies an email address, consents to public display, and is approved by an administrator.
An official's individual membership is individual support and is never presented as municipal action.
Category two
A city or town whose governing authority has adopted a resolution supporting the Partnership's policy position. A municipality is published only after the resolution is received, reviewed, and approved.
Municipal participation is established by the adopted resolution itself, and by nothing else. How to submit an adopted resolution.
Membership is nonfinancial. It confers no ownership interest, no authority to bind the Partnership or another member, and no authority to speak for a municipality beyond the member's own office or an adopted resolution.
The Partnership does not rank municipalities and does not publish lists of municipalities that have not joined.
Member email addresses and telephone numbers are never published. A correction or removal is handled through the process in the privacy notice.
